About the role
The Finance Associate - Mid-Level to Senior position within Arnold & Porter’s Real Estate Practice Group is based in New York. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in managing various components of mortgage and mezzanine financings, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and joint venture deals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple aspects of complex financial transactions
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic advice
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new business strategies
Requirements
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Exceptional business acumen
- Experience working directly with clients
- Excellent academic credentials and references
Qualifications
- Current license or eligibility to become licensed to practice law in New York
