Asset-Backed Finance Mid/Senior Level Associate
About the role
The Asset-Backed Finance Group at Paul Hastings is seeking an associate with 3-7 years of experience to join their team in New York. Candidates must have experience with asset-backed finance transactions or asset-based lending and have participated in advising borrowers, lenders, issuers, underwriters, placement agents, and/or collateral managers in all aspects of structured finance offerings.
This position may reside in any of our office locations, but candidates must be admitted to practice law and be in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired. Please submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript.
Responsibilities
Represent clients ranging from highly sophisticated financial institutions to first-time issuers and startups, and play key roles in implementing well-established securitization platforms in the market.

The salary wage range for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
