Finance Associate Attorney - Debt

Responsibilities

• Represent startup, venture-backed, and public companies in debt financing and secured transactions
• Structure, negotiate, and document commercial loan facilities and other financing transactions
• Advise clients throughout debt finance matters with significant direct client interaction
• Work closely with company executives, board of directors, and investment funds
• Handle venture-backed debt, recurring revenue loans, asset-based lending, fund finance, and other debt financing

Qualifications

• Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in financing transactions
• Bilateral and syndicate loan experience
• 3+ years of debt finance experience ideally within a large law firm or recognized boutique
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
