Finance Assistant

This role operates within Brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support. The Finance Assistant ensures financial record integrity while supporting these functions, keeping confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate finance-focused assistance with invoice review, ensuring visible source, owner, status, and next action within brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support.
• Review and track Elevare branding role documentation with status updates, maintaining clarity on source, owner, status, and next steps.
• Document reconciliation with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability.
• Maintain documentation and reporting to support financial record integrity in the context of brand and marketing operations.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.

Position Details

Full-time, entry-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
