Frankin Electric Plant Board is seeking an experienced and highly organized Finance & Administration Manager to oversee financial, accounting, administrative, payroll, human resources, compliance, and customer/community program functions.
- Oversee the organization’s financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, investments, general ledger accounting, accounts payable, plant accounting, insurance coordination, and audit support.
- Ensures financial records are accurate, maintains appropriate controls, and provides timely financial information to management and auditors.
- Is responsible for payroll processing, tax reporting, pension payments, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Ensures accurate and timely federal, state, and local tax filings, coordinates retirement and insurance enrollments, supports employees with benefit-related questions, and maintains required drug-testing procedures and related compliance.
- Oversee daily administrative operations and staff performance, including supervising customer service and accounts payable personnel, coordinating office services and procurement, resolving administrative issues, and supporting department managers and supervisors.
- Identifies and implements process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness across the organization.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
The Finance & Administration Manager works a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
