Finance and Admin Mgr

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of recording to the General Ledger, including posting and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain sufficient internal controls and reviews to ensure integrity of financial statements.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting in partnership with the General Manager, corporate FP&A, and business development teams.
• Direct and manage timely collection of receivables, ensuring customers adhere to agreed terms; serve as liaison between company and customer where necessary.
• Oversee purchasing personnel and direct work to secure the most cost-effective solutions from vendors, including competitive bids and timely delivery.
• Ensure timely and accurate support for all local administrative initiatives.
• Prepare and report monthly financial information.
• Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Analyze and articulate revenue and cost variances to budgets, forecasts, and prior period results.
• Verify the accuracy of accounting documents and records.
• Manage and direct finance-related interactions with customers and vendors.
• Ensure proper training and supervision of staff.
• Provide timely and accurate support for all corporate initiatives, information requests, and back-up assistance.
• Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and resource use while maintaining high accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Pay

Compensation range: $135,000 to $150,000
