Finance and Accounting Recruiter

About the role

Vaco is partnering with a leading client in Tempe, AZ to identify a Senior Finance and Accounting Recruiter. This individual will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates within the finance, accounting, and operations sector and should have experience managing high-volume recruiting efforts. This is a contract to hire position that offers a hybrid work schedule. The position pays up to $40 per hour and is interviewing immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through databases, social media, and various recruiting channels
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview scheduling
• Manage and facilitate the interview process between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate offers, including compensation and start dates
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
