About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Recruiter to join their team in Tempe, AZ. This hybrid opportunity offers $40/hr and is a contract to hire. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruiting for finance and accounting positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, and sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Sourced and screened qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Coordinated interviews and communicated with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partnered with hiring managers to fill accounting and finance positions quickly and efficiently
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced corporate environment

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for accounting and finance positions
• Previous recruiting experience in a corporate environment
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Pay

$40/hr
