Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manages and supports various work streams within a program of work.
• Ensures strategy and execution are performed to completion in accordance with the overall work stream vision.
• Manages direct and indirect resources across geographically dispersed locations.
• Interacts with local and regional level senior stakeholders.
• Drives objectives to conclusion with minimal oversight and direction.
• Manages people, process, technology, and real estate components to deliver the end state Target Operating Model for Finance Department.
• Experienced in major change initiatives and has a proven record of delivering major projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (MBA, Masters) in Economics, Finance, or a similar field.
• 5+ years' experience in Finance and Accounting; 2-3 years of project management experience can be part of the experience.
• Proven people manager.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
