Finance and Accounting Manager

A growing global fintech company is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Manager to join its Finance team. This role will support financial reporting, regulatory submissions, accounting operations, reconciliations, and process improvement.Qualifications3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, treasury, or financial reporting.Required: Experience within a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) or Broker/Dealer (Client).Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Strong understanding of accounting principles, processes, and controls.Experience with enterprise accounting systems; NetSuite preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting activities and the month-end close process.Prepare monthly financial statements and regulatory submissions.Manage reconciliations between accounting, back-office systems, and source documents.Investigate and resolve discrepancies and breaks in a timely manner.Maintain and improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and controls.Research and implement new accounting policies and requirements.Prepare routine accounting entries and support NetSuite cleanup and maintenance.Partner with the CFO and Finance team on financial reporting and operations.BenefitsCompetitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including HMO or PPO health plans, dental, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance, with 99% of premiums covered by the employer.
