Junior Accountant Location: Boulder, CO This is a contract-to-hire position, in-office position based in Boulder, CO. About The Role We are seeking a Junior Accountant with 0-4 years of accounting experience who thrives in a positive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting, including:Accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)Payroll processingBank reconciliationsGeneral ledger maintenanceExpense reportingCorporate credit card reconciliationsMonth-end closePrepare supplemental weekly, monthly, and annual financial reportsWork independently to solve problems and take ownership of responsibilitiesMaintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality across all financial data and communicationsReport directly to the Director of Finance and Accounting Requirements Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficientlyDemonstrates a strong entrepreneurial mindset and work ethicProficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with Sage Intacct is a plus)Holds a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (Accounting preferred) AimHire is an equal opportunity employer. #IND2
