Finance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Global Functions Finance Team.

Responsibilities

• Performing financial analysis and reporting for HR and corporate functions
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Analyzing financial results and variances to provide insights
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance
• Preparing presentations for leadership
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years in Finance or Accounting
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment and build strong relationships

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with GFS, Essbase, SAP, and US GAAP knowledge is preferred
