Final Inspector - D Shift

About the role

Seaman Corporation is a manufacturer of high-quality industrial coated fabrics, based in Northeast Ohio for over 75 years. Our manufacturing facility promotes a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, celebrating a team-based approach. Manufacturing is the core of our business. As of March 1, 2026, our Wooster facility operates on a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule.

Schedule

Must be able to work within the 24/7 rotation schedule. This role is for D Shift, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection duties to ensure product quality standards are met
• Work within a team-based manufacturing environment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, lift, and stand repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the work shift
• Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Some computer skills preferred

Requirements

• Must be able to work the D Shift schedule (7:00 pm to 7:00 am)
• Must successfully complete Work-Keys Assessments, drug screening, and criminal background check

Pay

Starting wage: $18.50 per hour plus shift differential
