About the role
As the Final Assembly Team Lead (Electrical), you will lead the electrical final assembly process, ensuring products meet quality standards and are completed on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead the precision installation of electrical and structural fixtures tailored for passenger trains.
- Lead assembly team members to ensure they follow proper procedures and techniques.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and are free of defects.
- Develop continuous improvement strategies to enhance assembly processes and increase efficiency.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to identify and resolve production issues.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on production progress and performance.
- Attend management meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Experience in a leadership role preferred.
- Experience working with SAP preferred.
- Business fluent in English.
