About the Role

This isn’t button-pushing. You’ll be trained to operate precision press equipment, fine-tune machines, and build high-quality coil components from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision press equipment
• Monitor quality and fine-tune machine performance
• Read blueprints and take accurate measurements
• Learn how our products are built start-to-finish
• Work safely in a clean, organized environment

Schedule

This role supports our night shift operation. Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM. Overtime is common as we are significantly growing this part of the business.
