About the role

We're seeking a Fin Press Machine Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Moscow, TN.

Pay

• $18.00 per hour during training
• Will earn $1.50 shift differential after training

Schedule

• 3pm–11:30pm
• Will train on 1st shift for approximately 3 weeks

What's a typical day as Fin Press Machine Operator? You'll be:

• Operating and maintaining fin press machines used in the production of heat exchanger fins
• Setting up, running, inspecting, and troubleshooting the press line to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met
• Loading and threading metal coils into the machine, adjusting press settings, and performing in-process inspections
• Performing basic maintenance such as lubrication, die cleaning, and filter replacement
• Recording production data and collaborating with maintenance and tooling staff to resolve issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area in accordance with company standards

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with press operation, tooling, and coil handling (required)
• Can read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Possess a basic understanding of preventive maintenance and machine troubleshooting
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality control standards
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• 3–6 months of related experience and/or training (preferred)
• Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift and lift materials weighing 20–50 pounds multiple times during a shift
