Job Summary

AiMinr is seeking a filmmaker (or filmmakers) based in the Los Angeles area to create high-quality brand films and short-form video content. This is a creative assignment, not a shot list. The successful candidate will own the entire production process from start to finish.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a full-service approach, capable of shooting, editing, and delivering the final polished work. They must be able to travel internationally, including Canada, South America, and Australia, and have a valid passport. The role requires a strong ability to document and produce both longer films and short vertical cuts for social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality brand films and short-form video content
• Own the entire production process from start to finish: shooting, lighting, sound, editing, color, music, captions
• Collaborate with AiMinr to raise awareness of mining and the issues the industry faces
• Work solo or with a crew, but the final edit is yours
• Document in a documentary style, cinematic but credible
• Deliver both longer films and short vertical cuts for social media

Requirements

• Full-service filmmaker: shoots, edits, delivers the final polished work
• Valid passport required for international travel to Canada, South America, and Australia
• Documentary style, cinematic but credible
• No corporate-explainer or motion-graphics-only work
• Comfortable working on industrial sites
