Fillet Loader - Belgravia (Nights)

Schedule

1:00 AM – 9:30 AM (overtime available)

Responsibilities

• Utilize knives to debone front halves
• Identify and pack product into trays or bulk product codes that meet product specifications
• Utilize salvaging techniques to separate bruised, damaged, mis-cut, or diseased chicken/chicken parts

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8–10 hours) on a concrete/metal grate floor
• Must be able to use small handheld tools such as knives or scissors
• Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken
• Repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling motions, torso twisting, and lifting up to 35 lbs. required
• Rotation into all positions on the fillet line is required
