Fill Zone Technician

About the role

You will operate the cryogenic fill zone at an Air Separation facility, load and unload cryogenic liquid oxygen, argon, and nitrogen trailers, follow company, customer, and regulatory safety policies, and promptly report safety incidents. You will work with operations teams to troubleshoot valves, analyzers, and transmitters, maintain compliance with quality assurance standards and governmental regulations, use controls and Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems to support operations, work extended hours as business needs require, and provide support for weekend, holiday, and call-in coverage.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cryogenic fill zone at an Air Separation facility

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree from a technical school preferred
• Familiarity with controls and Human Machine Interface (HMI) software, including Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at heights
• Ability to work extended hours as business needs require
• Flexibility to support weekend, holiday, and call-in coverage
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively

Pay

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $44,418.75 - $65,147.5.
