Fill Zone Technician

You will enjoy doing

• Understand principles of all Government and Linde Environmental Permits, Regulations and Policies
• Follow safe work permit processes, policies, and procedures
• Safely move Tractor-Trailers within the plant property
• Aid in the training and development of new employees
• Review dispatch list and verify trailers to load
• Maintain communication with logistics
• Ensure customer quality requirements are met for all products by maintaining the Quality Program
• Understand and follow all SMP, SOP, COP, OSS, OPS alerts and Technical Bulletins
• Resolve fill zone and back-up system issues
• Understand and function parameters of the analyzer, including reference gas flows and product gas flows
• Fill trailers to their optimum capacity and communicate issues when needed
• Review Quality Assurance logs and Certificates of Conformance for errors
• Complete all Learning Management System training modules and On-the-Job Training for assigned job within assigned timeline

What makes you great

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Motivated self-starter capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Relevant computer and technical skills
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Current and valid driver’s license is required for this role
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Capability to climb stairs and ladders
• Ability to work in tight and confined spaces
• Willingness and ability to wear all required personal protective equipment
