About the role

Fill-In Rest Area Technicians are needed at the Sunset Rest Area on Highway 26. This position offers flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain restrooms, buildings, and grounds clean and safe
• Conduct security checks to ensure visitor safety
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance
• Keep walkways, roadways, and parking areas clear

Requirements

• Works well independently and with others
• Friendly, approachable, and able to assist the public, law enforcement, and staff
• Experience (or ability) in janitorial tasks, basic repairs, and groundskeeping
• Reliable, follows instructions, and completes tasks accurately

Qualifications

• Must reside within 60 minutes of the rest area
• Valid driver's license issued by the state where the employee resides

Pay
