About the role
Fill-In Rest Area Technicians are needed at the Gettings Creek Rest Area on I-5/Creswell. This position offers flexible scheduling and works as needed, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Maintain restrooms, buildings, and grounds clean and safe
- Conduct security checks to ensure visitor safety
- Perform minor repairs and general maintenance
- Keep walkways, roadways, and parking areas clear
Requirements
- Works well independently and with others
- Friendly, approachable, and able to assist the public, law enforcement, and staff
- Experience (or ability) in janitorial tasks, basic repairs, and groundskeeping
- Reliable, follows instructions, and completes tasks accurately
Qualifications
- Must reside within 60 minutes of the rest area
- Required to possess and maintain a valid driver's license issued by the state where the employee resides
