About the role

We are looking for a store manager for one of the largest bicycle shops in central Netherlands. In this versatile role, you will be the point of contact for both customers and colleagues. You will lead the team, keep the store and workshop organized, and ensure everything runs smoothly—from sales to repairs. You will actively contribute to improving processes, motivate your team, organize and delegate tasks, and step in where needed. Additionally, you will sell bicycles and accessories and perform (minor) repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of colleagues
• Maintain oversight of store and workshop operations
• Improve processes and delegate tasks effectively
• Assist with sales of bicycles and accessories
• Perform minor bicycle repairs
• Ensure a well-organized and customer-friendly environment

Requirements

• Preferably a technical background
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Strong organizational, planning, and delegation skills
• Proactive and hands-on attitude (not a 9-to-5 mentality)
• Meticulous and detail-oriented work style
• Flexible and stress-resistant
• Fluent in Dutch, with proficiency in English or German
• Independent yet a strong team player
• MBO+ or HBO-level thinking
