About the Role

As a File Import Processor, you'll be a key part of Navia's Imports team, ensuring client data flows smoothly and accurately into our systems. You'll become a subject matter expert in our import processes and play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Process eligibility, deduction, and open enrollment files across all Navia benefit plans
• Retrieve and manage incoming files via SFTP
• Collaborate with the Imports team to meet daily processing goals
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in files or plan data
• Provide a consistently high level of service to internal and external stakeholders
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation
• A self-motivated, independent approach to work
• Excellent attention to detail

Work Environment

Candidates within 30 miles of one of our four office locations may be asked to come into the office for a hybrid schedule depending on the role. Eligible candidates will reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, AND WA.
