Responsibilities

• Supports the Health Information Management department by utilizing and maintaining paper and electronic medical records.
• Scans a variety of medical record documents into the EMR.
• Sustains a high level of customer service while providing appropriate access to patient information and charts as needed.
• Functions as a member of a team to ensure full shift coverage and timely fulfillment of requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in a similar position in a medical office.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute.

Pay Range: $19.50 - $26.97

• Evening - $3.00/hour
• Night - $5.00/hour
• Weekend - $4.50/hour
• Standby - $3.50/hour
• Lead - $3.25/hour
