We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: disclaimer? The disclaimer is generic; we should remove it. Also remove navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to parse the posting.
Let's extract content:
Department: Machine Division (MAC) Employment Type: Full Time Location: Austin Reporting To: Colin Pack
Description: The Field Welder Technician 3 (Line bore) works independently to perform all aspects of welding repairs, fabrication, torch work, and line boring on heavy construction equipment and components utilizing Holt, Caterpillar and AWS Welding Procedures, Standards and Codes in both a shop and field environment. This position will quote jobs, break down prints and procedures to build a material list, order material and provide training to other team members. In addition to removal, installation, and the repair of heavy equipment components, including undercarriage. The incumbent in this position shall model the following practices daily: Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; Collaborate with key internal/external resources; Participate in ongoing self-development.
Essential Functions: list of bullet-like sentences.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: list.
Additional Requirements: list.
Requirements Education and Experience: list.
Physical Requirements: list.
Work Environment: list.
Travel Required: mention.
We need to map to sections: About the role (maybe description), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (education/experience?), Qualifications (maybe certifications?), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities), Benefits (none?), Pay (none), Schedule (none). Since no explicit pay/benefits/schedule given, we should not create those sections.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Possibly also Travel? Not a standard heading; we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities. But we must stick to allowed headings. Travel is not a heading; we could include in About the role or Responsibilities as a bullet.
We need to preserve all substantive info; we must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific welding processes, certifications, etc.
We'll create
About the role
with acontaining the description paragraph(s). Might also include department, employment type, location, reporting to? Those are metadata; we could fold into a short
or drop. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include a short
with Department, Employment Type, Location, Reporting To. Then Responsibilities: list of essential functions as
- .
Qualifications: maybe include Education and Experience, Additional Requirements (certifications, driver license, etc). Could combine into Qualifications.
Skills: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Let's extract details.

Travel Required: "Travel Required with a potential for multiple overnight stays, 20%-40%."
We need to include Travel maybe in About the role or Responsibilities. Could add a bullet under Responsibilities: "Travel required with potential for multiple overnight stays, 20%-40%."
Now we need to decide sections.
About the role: include department, employment type, location, reporting to, and description paragraph.
Responsibilities: essential functions + travel bullet.
Qualifications: Education and Experience + Additional Requirements (certifications, driver license, etc). Could also include Physical Requirements? Might be better as a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could put Physical Requirements under Requirements? But Requirements already used for education/experience. Could combine Physical Requirements into Requirements as well? Might be okay but could be too broad. However we must not invent sections; we can have Requirements covering education/experience and physical requirements. But we also have Qualifications for certifications/skills. Skills for knowledge, skills, abilities.
Let's map:
- About the role: description + metadata.
- Responsibilities: essential functions + travel.
- Qualifications: Education and Experience + Additional Requirements (certifications, driver license, etc). Might also include Physical Requirements? Could add but maybe better to keep Physical Requirements under Requirements? Actually we already used Requirements for education/experience; but we could rename? The allowed headings are fixed; we cannot change them. So we must use exactly those headings. So we have to decide which content goes under which heading.
We have:
About the role: general overview.
Responsibilities: duties.
Requirements: likely education/experience.
Qualifications: maybe certifications/licenses.
Skills: knowledge, skills, abilities.
Benefits/Pay/Schedule: none.
Thus we need to place Physical Requirements somewhere. Could be part of Requirements (since it's a requirement). Could also be part of Qualifications? But Qualifications is more about certifications/qualifications. Physical Requirements is a requirement, so put under Requirements.
Thus Requirements section will include Education and Experience, Physical Requirements.
Qualifications will include Additional Requirements (driver license, CDL, Blueprint, CWI, ASNT, safety training, leadership training).
Skills will include Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities.
Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All have content.
Now produce HTML.
We'll wrap each section in
heading then content. For About the role: <
