About the role
Mid-State Metals LLC, located in Orlando, FL, is seeking certified 3G/4G welders with experience in miscellaneous metals (stairs, rails, light structure) installation and erection.
Responsibilities
- Weld and grind railings and stairs per direction and blueprint requirements
- Operate grinder, band saw, and other typical Iron Worker tools
- Follow all General Contractor, OSHA, and Company safety policies on construction job sites
Requirements
- Proficient in stick welding
- Experience welding aluminum and stainless steel (preferred)
- Flexible with work hours and travel
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in high temperatures and changing weather conditions
- Previous experience on construction job sites
