About the Role

We serve people by meeting with clients (in person or virtually) to analyze their financial situation, protect them by customizing plans with top-rated insurance companies, and grow as a personal development company that makes a generational impact.

Responsibilities

• Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage to schedule meetings.
• Research: 4-5 hours per week analyzing client-provided information to tailor mortgage protection options to their financial needs.
• Meeting with Families: 2 days per week (virtual or in-person) presenting coverage options, discussing details, and assisting with applications.
• Administrative: 2 hours per week following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

Requirements

We seek coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. While skills are important, we prioritize attitude and potential.

Pay

This is a commission-only sales position. The average commission is approximately $600 per mortgage protection plan sold. Full-time agents typically sell 5 to 10 plans per week.

In addition to mortgage protection, agents can offer premium financial products (e.g., retirement savings or protection for 401(k)s and IRAs) with uncapped commissions, competitive bonuses, and incentive trips based on individual and team performance.

Earnings vary and are not guaranteed; success depends on work ethic, training implementation, lead engagement, and client needs in your geographic area.
