About Linx

Linx, a Veralto company, is a leading global provider of coding and marking solutions for date and batch coding of products and packaging across manufacturing industries. As part of the Linx team and the broader Veralto network, you’ll work with products that make an everyday impact on the food, medicine, and essentials we all rely on. We offer a deeply inclusive workplace and live our values daily, earning Great Place to Work certification in the UK and France.

About the Role

With a strong global presence and proven success across international markets, Linx is expanding its footprint in the U.S. This role offers the opportunity to bring an established product portfolio into a high-growth Texas territory, combining the backing of a global organization with the visibility and impact of building something new locally. As a field-based role, travel is a key component, with safety and support prioritized. You will develop the territory by regularly engaging with prospects across Texas, including Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Expect overnight stays at company-approved hotels 1–2 nights per week on average, with all mileage fully reimbursed.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow your territory by proactively identifying and engaging new prospects through outreach, site visits, and local networking.
  • Quickly follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns, helping convert interest into qualified opportunities.
  • Partner with sales teams on customer visits, demos, and hands-on product trials, playing a key role in early-stage deal development.
  • Deliver seamless product trial experiences, including setup and operation of plug-and-play equipment, to build customer confidence.
  • Represent Linx professionally in the field, building strong relationships while gathering market insights to support U.S. expansion.
  • Support events, equipment readiness, and field logistics to ensure every customer interaction is smooth, effective, and impactful.

Requirements

  • Confidence in communicating with customers both in person and over the phone.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfort working in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability in a field-based role.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio), including 1–2 overnights per week.

Benefits

  • Uncapped commission structure tied to territory growth and lead conversion.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match starting Day 1.
  • Comprehensive onboarding and advanced technical training.
  • Paid parental leave benefits.
  • Competitive time off package.
  • Fully remote position with no office to report to (work-from-home 25–40% of the time; travel ~60% of the time with all mileage covered).

The salary range for this role is competitive and will be determined based on relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs.
