Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for onboarding, certifications, menu rollouts and development training sessions.
- Conduct in-person and web-based training programs, seminars and curriculums to develop both operations skills and soft skills of restaurant leaders and above restaurant leaders.
- Track training completion, compliance, and follow-up actions across 128 restaurants.
- Assist with Certified Training Restaurant assessments by organizing documentation, scheduling visits, and maintaining records.
- Support Certified Training Restaurant leaders with trainer development, meeting agendas, and communication.
- Organize MIT onboarding logistics, training schedules, and communication between Field Training, HR, and Operations.
- Track MIT progress, certification status, and required follow-up.
- Support AU content updates, module reviews, and troubleshooting for restaurant teams.
- Run AU reports, distribute completion summaries, and flag compliance gaps.
- Care for NRO training logistics including trainer scheduling, travel, materials, and communication.
- Support NRO Training Team Leaders with documentation, SOP updates, and readiness checklists.
- Maintain training materials, SOPs, manuals, and digital assets; ensure version control and distribution.
- Assist in developing or formatting training tools, worksheets, and job aids.
- Serve as a communication hub between Field Training, restaurant leadership, and Support Center teams.
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up documentation for training calls and workshops.
- Compile training metrics, CTR performance data, MIT progress reports, and NRO readiness dashboards.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
- 1–3 years of administrative, training coordination, or HR support experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with LMS platforms or web-based training tools (Teams, WebEx, Adobe Connect).
- Experience supporting training programs in a multi-unit restaurant environment.
- Experience coordinating travel, logistics, or project timelines.
- Bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not required.
- Ability to travel to support training events, CTR visits, and NROs.
