Field Technician(Paramedic, Phlebotomist, LPN)
About the Role
On-Site Health & Safety is seeking Health & Safety Incident Response Technicians (Field Technicians) to respond to various worksites, including construction and refineries, in a company vehicle. This dynamic role involves ensuring health and safety compliance, providing first aid, completing incident reports, performing health screenings, and drawing blood when certified.
Field Technicians must be excellent communicators, comfortable with public speaking, and able to articulate instructions clearly. The role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, sitting, and climbing stairs for extended periods, as well as a willingness to operate a motor vehicle for long distances and extended periods.
Requirements
- Education or experience as a Paramedic, Military Medic, LPN, Phlebotomist, or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Must be insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy:
- Minimum 3 years driving history or documented defensive driving training
- No severe driving record "hits" (e.g., excessive moving violations, DUIs, reckless driving)
- Pass a criminal background check (as permitted by law)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with drug testing policy requirements
