Install and maintain NK monitoring equipment at customer sites, including capital installations, emergency repairs, and system troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as onsite lead for capital installations, manage third-party activities, and communicate expectations.
- Train third-party staff in cable pulling, inventory, staging, and installation procedures.
- Perform high-level quality checks of all equipment prior to customer-site installation.
- Install WMTS systems before go-live and coordinate with tech support or sales administration for unresolved issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair NKA capital equipment onsite and resolve network issues when possible.
- Install all capital equipment according to installation design documents and follow corporate installation plans.
- Communicate any installation variances and complete as-built documentation for project closeout.
- Train customers on equipment locations and components, ensuring proper functionality and satisfaction.
- Ensure installations are neat, orderly, and meet company policies and business ethics codes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
Requirements
- Associate degree in electronics or related discipline; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- 2+ years of installation experience, preferably in a hospital environment.
- Basic knowledge of cabling, construction principles, and networks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Sales Force, Concur, Pilgrim, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Strong organization, time management, and detail-oriented skills with a focus on deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $23.00 to $33.00. Actual placement within the range depends on skills, education, experience, and location.
Schedule
Full-time position with regular hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, and occasional weekends. Holiday, weekend, and evening work may be required based on department needs.

Working Conditions
- Physical demands include reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds, as well as finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, and color vision.
- Travel is approximately 100% to customer sites, primarily healthcare facilities.
- Essential function requires vendor credentialing, including proof of vaccinations (e.g., COVID-19) and compliance with customer site requirements. Credentialing expenses are reimbursed by the company.
