Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations in branch locations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure equipment is maintained and serviced according to manufacturer’s guidelines
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in equipment operation and maintenance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate heavy machinery
