Responsibilities

• Manage and operate various types of earthmoving equipment including mini skid steers, excavators, and track excavators.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• At least one year of related experience in earthmoving operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in operating various types of earthmoving equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Skills

• Knowledge of earthmoving equipment operation and maintenance.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
