Responsibilities

  • Structured multi-week travel rotations
  • Installations and equipment rollouts
  • Preventative maintenance programs

  • Active retail and restaurant environments
  • Defined scopes of work
  • Professional jobsite standards

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening (where permitted by law)
  • Ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working on ladders and around commercial equipment
  • Ability to work in active retail and restaurant environments

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check and drug screening, ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations, ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly, comfortable working on ladders and around commercial equipment, ability to work in active retail and restaurant environments
  • Work Expectations: Willingness to travel consistently as part of structured deployment schedules, ability to work flexible hours based on project demands, commitment to completing OSHA 10 within first 30 days, willingness to complete the 12-week Foundation Phase in full

Skills

  • Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, beverage systems, or food equipment (preferred but not required)
  • Mechanical aptitude or prior trade exposure (preferred but not required)
  • Basic electrical knowledge (preferred but not required)
  • EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain) (preferred but not required)
  • Previous travel-based field service experience (preferred but not required)
