About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software products.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development.
• Experience leading software development teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
