Responsibilities
- Read and understand a customer's detailed plan
- Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner
- Adhere to all company and industry standards/regulations
- Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to doing field work
- Review peer work product
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Safety is a part of your day-to-day
- Have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
- Have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
- Looking for long-term projects
- Enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
- 1 year of general construction experience preferred; some cell industry experience is highly preferred
- At least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
- High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred
- Demonstrated manual dexterity
- Able to work on ladders
- Able to pick up/carry loads of 50 lbs.
- Able to work up to 12 hours
- Able to work weekends and/or nights, in extreme weather conditions if necessary, and be willing to travel extensively
- Able to work out of the market or away from home as work demands
Pay and Benefits
- Pay starts at $23-$28/hour, depending on experience
