About the role
Barranco Enterprises offers a structured 12-week development program known as the Foundation Phase for new technicians. This program includes paid training, exposure to all major job types, certification through an internal technical curriculum, and training to operate under the Barranco Standard.
Responsibilities
- Structured multi-week travel rotations
- Installations and equipment rollouts
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Beverage and ice machine service
- Active retail and restaurant environments
- Defined scopes of work
- Professional jobsite standards
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (where permitted by law)
- Ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on ladders and around commercial equipment
- Ability to work in active retail and restaurant environments
- Willingness to travel consistently as part of structured deployment schedules
- Ability to work flexible hours based on project demands
- Commitment to completing OSHA 10 within first 30 days
- Willingness to complete the 12-week Foundation Phase in full
Qualifications
- Basic qualifications: Valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check and drug screening, ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations, ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly, comfort working on ladders and around commercial equipment, ability to work in active retail and restaurant environments, willingness to travel consistently as part of structured deployment schedules, ability to work flexible hours based on project demands, commitment to completing OSHA 10 within first 30 days, willingness to complete the 12-week Foundation Phase in full
Skills
- Basic electrical knowledge
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous travel-based field service experience
