About the role
Barranco Enterprises offers a structured 12-week development program for new technicians. This program includes:

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of a technician include:
- Install and service beverage systems, ice machines, and food equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance programs
- Service beverage and ice machines
- Work in active retail and restaurant environments
- Operate according to professional jobsite standards
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (where permitted by law)
- Ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on ladders and around commercial equipment
- Ability to work in active retail and restaurant environments
Qualifications
Basic qualifications for the position include:
- Basic mechanical aptitude or prior trade exposure
- Basic electrical knowledge
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous travel-based field service experience
Skills
While not required, preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, beverage systems, or food equipment
- Basic electrical knowledge
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous travel-based field service experience
