Responsibilities
- Paid to train and learn in various job types
- Operate under Barranco Standard
- Structured multi-week travel rotations
- Installations and equipment rollouts
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Beverage and ice machine service
- Active retail and restaurant environments
- Professional jobsite standards
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening (where permitted by law)
- Ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations
- Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on ladders and around commercial equipment
- Work in active retail and restaurant environments
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, ability to pass background check and drug screening, ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations, ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly, comfortable working on ladders and around commercial equipment, able to work in active retail and restaurant environments
- Work Expectations: Willingness to travel consistently as part of structured deployment schedules, ability to work flexible hours based on project demands, commitment to completing OSHA 10 within first 30 days, willingness to complete the 12-week Foundation Phase in full
Skills
- Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, beverage systems, or food equipment
- Mechanical aptitude or prior trade exposure
- Basic electrical knowledge
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous travel-based field service experience
