About the role

Barranco Enterprises offers a structured 12-week development program for technicians, ensuring they are trained in all major job types and certified through an internal technical curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventative maintenance on beverage systems, ice machines, and food equipment.
• Participate in structured multi-week travel rotations.
• Work in various environments including convenience stores and restaurants.
• Operate under Barranco's Standard and follow professional jobsite standards.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (where permitted by law).
• Ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working on ladders and around commercial equipment.
• Ability to work in active retail and restaurant environments.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include a valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check and drug screening, ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations, ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly, comfort working on ladders and around commercial equipment, and ability to work in active retail and restaurant environments.

Skills

• Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, beverage systems, or food equipment (preferred but not required).
• Mechanical aptitude or prior trade exposure.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous travel-based field service experience (preferred but not required).
