About the role

Barranco Enterprises offers a structured 12-week development program designed to prepare technicians for a career in specialty equipment installation, service, and preventative maintenance. The program includes paid training, exposure to various job types, and certification through an internal technical curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Install beverage systems, ice machines, and food equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance programs
• Service beverage and ice machines
• Work in active retail and restaurant environments
• Operate under professional jobsite standards

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable working on ladders and around commercial equipment
• Ability to work in active retail and restaurant environments

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications: Valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check and drug screening, ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations, ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly, comfort working on ladders and around commercial equipment, ability to work in active retail and restaurant environments

Skills

• Willingness to travel consistently as part of structured deployment schedules
• Ability to work flexible hours based on project demands
• Commitment to completing OSHA 10 within first 30 days
• Willingness to complete the 12-week Foundation Phase in full
