Field Technician - Electric Drive Trucks
Key Job Responsibilities
- Prioritize a safe work environment.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on electric drive haul trucks.
- Perform component change-outs, inspections, and planned maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with Komatsu field service teams and mine personnel.
- Follow all mine site safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
- Communicate potential issues (materials, tooling, labor, quality, EHS, permitting, etc.) to leadership.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience maintaining mining equipment such as Electric Drive Trucks, shovels, drills, loaders, etc.
- Ability to read prints and complete repairs to OEM specifications.
- Willing to travel 100%.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in hydraulics, low voltage electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Able to interpret complex drawings, specifications, charts, tables, and formula.
