Field Technician-Customer Service

About the role

The Junkluggers of Central VA is seeking a Field Technician/Customer Service to join our dynamic team. As a Field Technician/Customer Service, you will play a crucial role in providing eco-friendly junk removal services to both commercial and residential customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests over the phone and in person
• Inspect properties to determine appropriate junk removal needs
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure all junk removal processes adhere to environmental standards
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in training and development programs

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs without concern
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others
• Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
