Schedule
Full Time, Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
About the Role
- Work outside in the fresh air, typically walking 5+ miles per day
- Use the latest safety equipment to accurately detect gas leaks and quickly analyze data
- After training, work independently to demonstrate time management and problem-solving skills
- Play a key role in detecting natural gas leaks to protect the community and prevent harm
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid, unexpired Driver’s license
- Personal vehicle for daily work use (eligible for mileage reimbursement)
Qualifications
- Passion for environmental safety
- Direct experience working with hands-on technology (e.g., phone, computer) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate natural gas incidents and implement solutions
- Superb customer service—professional and responsive to clients
- Excellent communication skills to accurately relay findings
- Attention to detail and vigilance while locating leaks
- Physical stamina for outdoor work and endurance for tasks
Physical Requirements
- Bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking several miles per day
- Ability to carry up to 20 lbs. of equipment
