About the role
NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to join their team. The role involves providing best-in-class service to financial institutions and retailers across the globe. Key responsibilities include performing customer installations, maintenance, and service calls, managing equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems, and handling customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and engaging manner
- Triage and resolve customer issues proactively
- Perform maintenance and repairs on electromechanical equipment
- Manage network faults, configuration, security, and remote system access
- Utilize formal training provided by NCR Atleos to address customer needs
Requirements
- Local candidate to specific geographic area
- Authorized to work in the US
- At least 19 years of age
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Basic PC skills, electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
- Rotating and weekend shifts
- Carrying and lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and repetitive grasping and manipulation
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: Local candidate, authorized to work in the US, at least 19 years old, valid driver's license, PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity, able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation, prolonged travel with driving several hours per day, rotating and weekend shifts, carrying and lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance, bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and repetitive grasping and manipulation
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software, A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification, one or more years of related experience
Skills

- Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access
