Field Technician

Job Summary

Pape’ Material Handling, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to join their team in Medford, OR. This position offers competitive compensation, exceptional benefits, and a strong work-life balance.

What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on material handling equipment
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of systems including electric forklift systems, LPG and diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, carburetors, electrical and air systems, final drives, clutches, and more
• Communicate clearly with customers and ensure high-quality service is delivered on every visit
• Work with the Parts Department to identify, order, and return parts as needed
• Deliver expert service, perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on cutting-edge equipment, and build trusted relationships with customers

What You Need

• 5 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in the material handling industry
• Basic computer knowledge
• Self-motivation and ability to work under little or no supervision
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Driver’s license with a good driving record. CDL preferred
• Must provide own tools

Compensation

$31.03-46.54/hr (Depending on Experience)
