About the role
MCCORD CONTRACTORS, INC. is seeking Field Technicians to join our team. Founded in 1987, we specialize in commercial and industrial painting, floor coatings, and concrete polishing. Our success is built on trust and results.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and clean worksites to meet safety and quality standards.
- Assist with the installation of commercial/industrial coatings and finishes.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.
- Follow company uniform, safety gear, and job site protocols at all times.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a professional demeanor on all job sites and with all customers.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior labor or construction experience is helpful but not required; we will train.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet for extended periods, and handle varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
