Field Technician

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• You’ll visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
• Youll install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Youll teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Youll keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.

      Requirements

      • Valid Driver’s License: Clean record required.
      • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
      • Physical Ability: Climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift up to 70 lbs.
      • Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit.
      • Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience.
