About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex technical issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and provide comprehensive solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
